We have two main categories of lights used in underwater illumination-- Spot and Floodlights. Traditionally, spotlights are quite common for primary dive lights due to the narrow (yet powerful) beam to communicate from large distances. Floodlights are often used to illuminate a specific scene; however, make for poor communication using the light as a signaling device.
When trying to capture the real colors during an underwater scene, we need to incorporate artificial lighting systems in our photography and videography. There are two primary types of lighting used underwater, Strobes and Continuous Light, to choose from.
If you are a photographer with a mirrorless or DSLR camera, you'll likely be selecting a strobe light. If you plan to capture video, you'll want to select a continuous. For our professionals, we often use powerful video lights for photography as we can illuminate the scene and set up our subjects better. If you can't decide, check out our multipurpose lights and capture the best of both worlds.
When the water temperature dips below 73° in Florida, I wear these socks on every dive. They keep my feet nice and toasty and allow me to dive longer. Worth every penny.
Excellent quality and easy to open
The little blond guy who helped me was so knowledgeable and 🥵
As I was going to Cayman Islands snorkeling I took my family here to have proper masks, snorkels and fins fitted. Ryan was very professional and took the time with us to supply and fit exactly what we needed. His professionalism and attention to detail explaining and fitting each product helped make our holiday a big success and as a result my children all want to learn diving. This is better than buying something cheap on the internet from an unknown supplier that breaks and/or doesn’t fit. Highly recommended
Very professional team highly recommended.
I've purchased 11 feet of the silver/gray webbing. I've used it on my XDEEP Zen Backplate. It's softer and more comfortable than the 2-inch webbing from DGX.
The team at Aqui was very helpful and even suggested a customized configuration for the rig that is going to be better than standard. I really appreciate the service and attention to detail at Aqua Water Sports.
My wife was blown away by how sleek this watch looked. Replaced her Venu 2S and she loves it. We got the rose gold one, smaller diameter. Definitely doable for a smaller sized female wrist.
NX GEN Large Optimized Swivel Bolt Snap
Aqui fills by the cuft, not a flat charge for an O2 tank. Much better!
Great plate, and great service from Maddie. She had us fitted with new webbing an all clip offs in 15min.
So far the bag is great. Good zipper. Holds my fins , bcd , regs ,masks , wetsuit ,computer ,save a dive kit perfectly . There is no extra room. Pack strategically . Complies with size requirements and fits in overhead compartment on planes easily. My equipment in the bag weighed in at 24 lps. Carries as a back pack or as a duffle bag. Comfortable straps. Holds water inside without any water leaking out when you have to load wet equipment in it and travel inside vehicles after diving to return to hotel ect . I cant say about its durability , this is my first trip with it from Florida to Mexico for several dives. I hope it holds up and lasts for several years. I would definitely recommend one if you fly and dive.
