We should never have to make choices that compromise our diving. Dry gloves and neoprene mitts give us warm hands but create difficulty operating clips and smaller controls. Cold hands can ruin the enjoyment of a dive.
The NX SERIES bolt snap range, whether double ender or the smallest clip can easily be handled in the thickest dry glove systems, eliminating the need to compromise.
Easy to Open
A common reason for a missed clip is that the gate is hard to fully open on traditional bolt snaps. The NX trigger is large, smooth and easy to operate making a full opening simple.
At the same time the NX SERIES has significant anti entanglement properties. Smaller triggers often have a hook that line can easily catch in, the NX SERIES trigger shrugs off line traps without fuss.
The finger support provides stability and control, increasing the accuracy of the clip.
Easy to Clip
Attention to detail can solve some big issues. For example, just by ensuring the NX boltsnap head is appropriately rounded and contoured, by thinking carefully about optimizing the hook shape, clipping into D rings becomes so much easier.
An Eye for Detail
One size does not fit all. The eye on the NX SERIES bolt snaps is perfectly customized for the intended use.
Using an off-center swivel creates many advantages. The position of the hand when your finger is through the bolt snap eye is optimized, stage and sidemount cylinders become easier to mount and remove and it allows for a lighter weight eye.
On smaller snaps, the small and tidy eye is exactly what is needed for attaching to long hoses, lights, and other accessories without wasting any space. The clipped item stays tighter to the diver and it is easier to keep the bolt snap orientation exactly as desired.
100% AISI 316 Stainless Steel
Materials technology is a critical component in the NX SERIES, it both facilitates and enhances the design elements. In the NX bolt snaps not just the clip, but the spring, gate and all parts of the NX SERIES are made from the highest quality AISI 316 stainless steel.
The AISI 316 marine-grade steel is utilized for its anti-corrosion properties with its increased nickel and added molybdenum content.

I went to Aqui because I met Landon at another dive shop about a 1-1/2 years ago, and he ended up expertly fixing my regulator and helping me replace a faulty first stage with a new Deep 6 first stage.
I wasn't permanently living in the neighborhood at that time, but since then I've moved to Ft Lauderdale, and Aqui has quickly become my go-to dive shop.
Mason is always there with a smile and a readiness to help with expertise, straight-forward advice, and mechanical know-how. After talking with him and Tyler, I just bought two new Deep 6 regulators and he made sure everything was working properly before my shore dive in LBTS last weekend.

Standard Small Bolt Snap Single Ended
Great piece of kit.
I had originally been looking that the Zen deluxe because of hearing so many stories from people having trouble getting their single piece harness adjusted properly. After a lengthy phone call with Ryan I decided instead to opt of the standard version with the upgraded, limp webbing. After initial adjustments in my living room I dove one time and had to male only a small.adjustment in the crotch strap.
I never feel this system on my person except walking from my seat on the boat to the edge to jump in. It keeps you in whatever position you want and if horizontal, it keeps me perfectly level. I opted for the aluminum backplate. With 3mm suit, shark skin vest and shark skin hood I require zero lead and actually am probably still a few pounds negative.
I'm 6' 0" and 200 lbs with 10ish% bf.
